Pillars of Health 5: Positive Psychology: Part 2

With positive psychology, we want to focus on being present in our moments, seek satisfaction of our needs, build up the positive relationships we have, seeking meaning outside of ourselves, and working to accomplish realistic goals, especially those that are challenging.  Daily living like this is practicing positive psychology, and it has a lot of benefit for us.
