Dr. Mark Schulke is a Concierge Family Practice Specialist, serving the West Valley of Arizona.

He attended and graduated from the Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1997. He completed his residency in Oklahoma, then served in the United States Air Force as a physician for active duty and retired military members, as well as their dependents. Mark then provided 6 years of medical care for residents at an inpatient eating disorder program in Arizona. His career path then took him to Montana, where he provided exceptional care in family medicine with St, Vincent’s Hospital for an additional 9 years. In 2016 he was fortunate enough to take a medical missions trip to the Philippines (pictured below). Most recently, Dr. Schulke has enjoyed caring for patients at Integrated Medical Services Group for the past two years after returning to Arizona. Now, with over 26 years of diverse experience in Family Practice, he is excited to be able to transition into his concierge practice, where he is able to focus on the individualized healthcare of each of his patients in an attentive, thorough manner.

Mark lives in Surprise, AZ, with his wife and two children. He is active in his local church, and enjoys many hobbies, including photography with his son, scuba diving, golfing, and fly fishing. He recently took up short distance triathlons, and takes great pleasure in Arizona outdoor training.
