Eat Healthy, Enjoy Some Treats

Seventh, eat healthy but have some fun.  A healthy diet is important for everyone.  Our bodies were made to get everything we need in the food we eat, so eat a broad variety of different foods, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean meats.  Make that the foundation of your diet, with occasional treats.  During the holidays, keep it that way, maybe allowing yourself a little more on the treat side, but don’t sacrifice the foundation.  Enjoy your treats, but remember they are just treats.
