Relax and Laugh

Sixth, relax and laugh!  When we get busy pursuing our goals, it can be a great help to take a few minutes to stretch, or do some breathing exercises.  Stretching and deep breathing both can stimulate the release of endorphins and dopamine, which can help to reduce our perceived stress.  Laughter likewise will increase endorphins and dopamine.  Here’s a prescription for you: Spend a few minutes doing some deep breathing, then start watching Elf, and spend 10 minutes stretching.
