Pray…

Finally, pray. For people of faith, prayer can connect us to someone greater than us, involves gratitude, and involves us with others in our faith community. Prayer is a spiritual form of meditation, and as such helps to reduce symptoms of stress, particularly when the prayer includes thankfulness and concern for others. Personally as a Christian, I find that my stress is significantly reduced when I am consistent with my own prayer life.
