Let Your Attitude Be Gratitude

Fourth, be grateful.  Gratitude, I think, is an unsung virtue.  Taking time to pause and reflect on all that you can be grateful for is a powerful way to destress your day.  It is a joy to be thankful for your health, an encouraging message from a friend, time-saving hacks, the flavor your favorite hot beverage.  Practicing gratitude daily can reduce feelings of depression and anxiety, and may improve sleep.
