Get Your Sleep

Second, get good sleep.  Sleep deprivation is never a good thing, though admittedly it is sometimes a necessary thing.  During the holidays we may overload ourselves with activities and events and such, leaving us with less sleep.  This will eventually catch up to us, making us more prone to feeling depressed or anxious.  We can also get more irritable, and when that shows itself, it just produces more stress.  If you find yourself tempted to sacrifice sleep for some other thing, reconsider how important that other thing is.
