No Time Wasted

Regarding waiting room time, patients in a traditional practice wait on average about 18 minutes after checking in before being taken back to an exam room, where there is usually an additional wait before the physician comes in.  In concierge clinics, patients generally don’t wait long.  In my clinic, the waiting room has comfortable seating and beautiful photos to view, but my patients usually just walk on through to the exam room.  When they do have to wait, it is typically less than 10 minutes.
