Exercise and Your Body

Exercise has amazing effects throughout your body.  Exercise is the good kind of stress that causes your body to positively adapt so that it can go farther and faster or lift more for longer.  It also has powerful abilities to reduce the risk of developing many disease and can also be the foundation for treating those diseases.  Finally, it also does much to keep us going longer as we age.  In the coming days, I’ll give some brief thoughts about exercise and its effects on your body and on disease.
