Pillars of Health 5: Habits for Emotional Well-Being: Part 1

Yesterday, I gave you some examples of of positive emotions that help to improve our emotional well-being.  Today, I’d like to give you two habits to develop that will help to bring up those emotions.  First, count your blessings.  It may seem trite, and probably reminds us of something our parents told us, but there is much wisdom in it.  The second is related: practice gratitude.  Be thankful for those positive people and things in your life. Tomorrow, we will find out habits three thru six that will develop your positive emotions further.
