Third, enjoy those things that bring you pleasure in life, like a a sunset, a good meal, a trip to see family or friends, a good book.  Fourth, practice kindness towards others, even when it may be hard to do so.  Fifth, do something that has lasting meaning beyond yourself.  Sixth, learn about and develop your strengths, and apply them to your life whenever you can.
