Exercise: To Sum It All Up

I just can’t say enough about exercise.  It is something that we all should be doing, to the best of our ability, making time for it rather than trying to fit it in if and when we have time.  It improves our sense of well-being, helps us sleep better, gives us more energy during the day, protects against the development of many diseases, can help manage those diseases, and keeps us functional for longer.  If there’s only one thing you have time for in your busy life, make it exercise, at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, doing something you enjoy.  You’ll be glad you did.

Remember: before starting an exercise program, talk with your doctor first.
