New Year’s Resolutions: Part 2

So why enter a 5K race?  Because it will help with the problem most people have with exercise as a New Year’s resolution: they stop after a few weeks or couple of months.  If you’ve committed yourself by registering for a 5K race, you’ll be more likely to continue at least until you get to the race.  Once you’ve completed that race, I believe people will be more likely to register for others and keep their exercise going.  For those of you here in Surprise, AZ, we have the Spring Training 5K at the Surprise Stadium, March 1, at 7:00 PM.  Check it out (https://www.surprisestadium.com/events/5k (https://www.surprisestadium.com/events/5k)), and I’ll see you there!
